It is been sometime since I watched a movie, a good one, and this was it streaming on Netflix. It is a story about a beautiful bonding between two unlikely men and how it turns their life around. You can’t watch it without being teary eyed.

Unsteady like the lilac wine
unstrong unlike Miley’s voice
she scrambled to her legs
having fallen from grace
she wanted a resurrection
tugging at vines winding down
she picked herself up
to raise a toast to her spirit
somehow it seemed to fail
to lift her to joys of living
and fill the air with dancing notes
instead a lone bleat broke out
slow, slumbering and sometimes thundering
gathering in intensity till she shut
her ears and plugged them tight
but the music grow louder in her head
strumming out every iota of sense and pride in her
and she stood up again dancing to the wind
some saw her going up the hill
in the steady rain and blasting winds
her shaky feet perhaps finding herself again.
